Growing Edges
Current Research Projects
To keep this work vital and responsive, I continuously engage in research—both alone and in dialogue with others. These explorations help me refine my facilitation, stay in touch with evolving questions, and explore how embodiment and contact improvisation can serve real-life needs.
Here are a few of the topics I’m currently diving into:
Embodiment & Belonging
How do embodied practices foster a sense of belonging, especially in groups that include diverse identities, backgrounds, and neurotypes?
Improvisation & Decision-Making
Can contact improvisation offer insight into how groups make decisions, navigate ambiguity, and trust the unknown together?
The Body at Work
Exploring how physical awareness and somatic intelligence can shift workplace dynamics, especially around leadership, feedback, and burnout.
Touch, Consent & Communication
Developing frameworks for teaching consent not as a fixed rulebook, but as a dynamic, felt dialogue—one that grows with curiosity, sensitivity, and practice.
